Natural wood chips -- in the bag -- create real smoked flavor in minutes!
Smoke food right in your oven or on the grill!
Complete meals in one bag - fish, poultry or meat and potatoes and veggies. Quick and easy, no turni
No chemicals or glue - only all natural, low-fat cooking. Safe and easy cooking on public picnic & camping

Instructions for oven

• Place the oven rack in the lowest position in the oven. Pre-heat the oven to 475° - 500° F or 250°- 260° C.

• Pat the food dry and season for taste. For best results, allow the food to adjust to the room temperature
for a maximum of 30 minutes before starting to cook.

• Fill the bag with the food (only fill 2/3 of the bag for best results). Place the food directly in the bag. If you wish,
you can also place the food first in an oven-safe roasting pan (that fits inside the smoker bag).

• Close the smoker bag tightly by folding the opening at least twice and then turning in the corners.

• Place the bag in the hot oven directly on the rack (at the lowest position) so that the “THIS SIDE DOWN” side is down.

• Cook at 475° F or 250° C for the first 15 minutes and then lower the temperature to 375° F or 190° C and cook the remainder of time listed on the chart. Note: Do not turn the bag upside down during or after cooking.

• Take the bag from the oven or the grill using oven mitts or other hand protection. Caution: The bag will be very hot.
Let the food rest in unopened bag for 5 - 10 minutes before opening.

• Cut open the top of the bag with scissors or a knife and turn the foil on the top to the sides.
Caution: The steam from the bag will be very hot.

• Serve directly from the bag.

Instructions for charcoal grill

• Lower the rack of the grill to the lowest possible position and pre-heat the grill. Allow to burn down to medium-hot
white ash.

• Place the bag on the hot grill so that the “THIS SIDE DOWN” side is down. Place the bag on coals or
on a rack just 2 inches from the coals.

• Cook on hot for the first 10 - 15 minutes and then lift the grate up a couple of steps and cook the remainder
of time listed on the chart. Note: Do not turn the bag upside down during or after cooking.
Warning: Do not let open flames touch the bag as aluminium foil will melt.

Instructions for gas grill

• Lower the rack of the grill to the lowest possible position and pre-heat the grill. Preheat grill at high setting
for 10 - 20 minutes or until very hot.

• Pat the food dry and season for taste. For best results, allow the food to adjust to the room temperature
for a maximum of 30 minutes before starting to cook.
