Black Berry Mustard Sauce

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 tablespoons coarse-ground mustard
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1/3 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 cup blackberry jam
Add butter and garlic to sauce pan, saute for a bit and then add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil then simmer for a while to reduce the sauce. Add blackberry jam just before serving warm.
Can be used as a glaze for plank grilled pork, chicken or veggies. Coat meat or veggies when they are almost finished cooking. The plank will stop the glaze from burning from the heat.
