Any defective products are qualified for return and refund within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact us using the above information before return for instructions and description of defect.

We do not have restocking fees for any Nature's Choice Products however some of our suppliers do have a nominal 10-15% restocking fee.  Any item returned in new and unused condition will receive a prompt refund via check for the purchase amount less any unpaid shipping and or handling costs.  Our shipping costs charged with your purchase is a discounted amount.  When calculating your refund the actual shipping costs will be used.
