A 12 Inch length grilling plank can be placed on nearly any grill in the depth of the cooking surface.  They can be set side by side to offer several choices of food entrees without mixing the different food flavors.  This size plank is a perfect fit for two or three chicken breasts, veggies for 3 or more people  or several small seafood fillets.  Our larger thick cut longer lasting 12 inch planks are just the right size for a whole chicken.  The thick cut style can also be used as a oven plank instead of on the grill.  As an oven plank the thick cut style can be used many times.  See our "Use Guide" for more details.
